We grew up in a big Italian family, and red pepper flakes were a staple at every meal. But after a health diagnosis (hello, diverticulum), we had to rethink the spice game. Traditional flakes were loaded with seeds that didn’t play nice with the gut.
So we ground them up. And in doing that, everything changed.
The flavor? Bolder.

The result? Better than anything we’d ever shaken on our food.
